Shambhavi’s practice spans a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings, patent litigation, and IP portfolio management. She has experience across diverse technologies, including integrated circuits, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, telecommunications, and signal processing. Shambhavi advises clients from emerging technology companies to global enterprises, helping translate complex technologies into effective patent portfolios and litigation strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Shambhavi was a partner in the Washington D.C. office of an award-winning IP boutique, and a primary patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Shambhavi was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Washington, D.C. Rising Star for her work in intellectual property law from 2019-2022. Shambhavi was also recognized in the PTAB Association’s Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list in 2021 and 2025 and in Patexia’s Top 100 Best Performing Attorneys Representing Inter Partes Review (IPR) Petitioners in 2020. Earlier in her career, she received the Department of Commerce Bronze Medal for Superior Federal Service for her exemplary work as a primary patent examiner.
