Rachael C. Chan concentrates her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters. She has represented some of the nation’s largest businesses in the software, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, video game, biotechnology, aerospace, food, financial services, and retail industries.  Rachael has experience representing clients in patent, trademark, trade secret, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, at the ITC, and in arbitrations before FINRA, JAMS, and the AAA. She has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact discovery, expert discovery, dispute resolution, trial, and the appeals process.

Prior to joining KXT, Rachael was an associate in the San Francisco, California office of an award-winning litigation boutique, and an associate in the San Francisco, California office of an Am Law 50 firm.
