Oren is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law, commercial litigation, and outside general counsel services. Since beginning his legal career in 2020, Oren has gained extensive experience across diverse industries, leveraging his background in high-tech strategy and business development, as well as his time managing an independent recording studio and record label.

A graduate of Loyola Law School, Oren also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Occidental College. Prior to joining KXT Law as a member of the founding team, Oren worked at firms such as Duane Morris and Rimon, P.C., where he honed his expertise in complex commercial litigation, IP portfolio management, and business law.

Throughout his career, Oren has handled significant cases, including serving as second chair at trial for one of the world’s largest digital entertainment companies. His trial experience includes cross-examining witnesses on the stand, taking and defending key depositions, and providing strategic defense counsel. Oren has also managed global trademark portfolios for internationally recognized companies, and navigated complex and diverse legal issues ranging from negotiating NDAs to securing the release of products detained at ports.

Oren takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to client service, acting not just as an external vendor but as an integral part of their client's team. This approach ensures tailored legal solutions that align with his clients’ unique business needs.
