Amanda is an associate whose practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, as well as related business transactions. She represents clients in state and federal courts across a broad range of disputes, including matters involving intellectual property rights, business torts, and contract claims.
Amanda has experience in key aspects of litigation, including developing case strategy, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and handling discovery. She works closely with clients to navigate high-stakes disputes and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
In addition to her litigation practice, Amanda advises clients on intellectual property and commercial matters, including the protection and enforcement of IP rights, as well as transactional matters such as drafting and negotiating agreements involving intellectual property and other business assets.
During law school, Amanda focused her studies on intellectual property and international business law. She served as Co-Assistant Director of the Honors Moot Court External program and as Co-Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Amanda also gained international legal experience through an exchange program in Tokyo, Japan, studying at the University of Vienna School of Law, and participating in her law school’s International Human Rights Clinic.
